ArmedWatcher's Perspective on Teams
I'm iffy when it comes to teams. I've had good and bad experiences with teams. With my current situation, though, I can't maintain team operations, so no team for now. Maybe when I get funding, I might consider a team.

ArmedWatcher's Philosophy
I want to create games for us. I want to enjoy making the game, and I want you to enjoy playing it. With that in mind, here are my pillars that I will pursue in every game I make:
  1. Authenticity and Integrity - I want to be true to my creative vision. When you play my games, they should stand on their own merits. I will use/borrow only ideas that are relevant to my game. I will never try to cash in on another game's success by copying it.
  2. Transparency - I post the latest information about my projects when possible. Although these are "my" games, they are games being made for you, and because of that I believe that you deserve the privilege of knowing the current state of each game in development. As an independent developer, I am not bound by the "hush" rules of AAA companies, so I have the freedom to share with you this information.
ArmedWatcher's Goals
Well, to be honest, I want to make money when I ship my games. It doesn't have to be a lot, but enough for me to pay the bills and stay fed while working on my next game. If this world wasn't all about money, then I would say "F*** money," but I need money to survive. However, this doesn't mean that quality takes a backseat in my priorities for my games. I still want to deliver the best experiences that I can, but I have to worry about my stomach too...hungry growl.
